Heading fast in the direction of mid-fourties, it's easy to criticize so much that goes on around me. Yet, going against the world and telling it how bad everything is, wont make the slightest difference. Standing back and looking hard and long, gives me an easy contrast to help balance just how good some things are. The things that never change changes constantly, without us even noticing.

So, how old is that huge oak tree in the park, how much has changed around it, how much is bad and how much change is going to make a difference to you. Not a lot, I'm sure.

I currently have over 14,000 photographs of my family and my life's events over the past ten years stored on my computer, what use is that? I've recently changed my camera and bought my second DSLR, this time I have vowed to use it properly, to capture all as it changes before me and to print the best of my efforts.

This web site is merely an extension of this promise to myself, as I embark on sharing my photographic experiences with all who fancy a look.
